Inspect Your Delivery
Upon arrival, immediately check your box to ensure all vacuum-sealed proteins are frozen or cold to the touch and that the packaging is intact.
Document Issues
If you notice any compromised seals or temperature concerns, take clear photographs of the specific items and the shipping label on the outside of the box.

Reach out to our support team within 7 days of delivery via our help center, providing your order number and the photos of the damaged items.
Resolution Process
